- The applicant has to provide proof of accommodation in a form of a document.
- They will have to submit the trip’s flight itinerary, from the country of departure to the destination, and those of the internal flights if there will be any, with their tickets.
- They have to provide a cover letter that outlines in details, the reasons why they wish to travel to the Schengen region, what the trip is about and they should state the trip’s time span.
In sum, South African travelers have it easier when it comes to travelling the world, as they get to travel to some countries visa-free, although this is not the case with Schengen Visa.
