South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) is a South African government entity. SAQA issues reports that compare educational credentials from other countries to educational standards in South Africa. South African Qualifications Authority authenticates documents, conducts research on degrees and diplomas then issues an evaluation report that provides a general recommendation of the comparability of foreign education system to the South African education system.
SAQA’s certificates sets an equivalency for the foreign qualifications earned outside of South Africa. The academic credentials and work experience will be evaluated to determine the level of credentials and experience compare to South Africa educational system.
